Returns Portal Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Amped Off-Road. We appreciate your business and are here to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges below:

1. How to Return Or Exchange
  • To authorize a return/exchange, kindly provide 4 images that shows each side Top, Left, Right and Inside Cushion of the helmet, clearly showing that it is free from scratches or damage. Please send these images to info@ampedoffroad.com. Keep the subject of email as following.
Subject- RETURN or EXCHANGE (#order number)

Please provide reason for return or exchange in the email and we will send you a shipping label via email for returns.

2. Return and Exchange Period
  • You have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping Costs
  • We are pleased to inform you that we will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

4. Exchange Shipping Costs
  • For your first exchange, we will gladly cover the shipping cost for the new product. For any subsequent exchanges, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Damaged Goods Received
  • If you receive a damaged product, please share photos of the damage within 12 hours of delivery to info@ampedoffroad.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Condition of Returned Products
  • All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept products that are damaged or show signs of use.

7. Refund Process for Damaged Returns
  • If scratches or damage are found on the helmet upon return, we will refund 50% of the helmet price paid, as the helmet will not be in saleable condition and will have to be scrapped.


8. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that certain items, such as gift cards and custom orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
